- The online store innerworld.gr reserves the right to change the prices of the products, according to the official price lists of the companies, without any prior notice.
- It has the right to postpone or not execute an order, always after informing the consumer.
- Reserves the right not to post malicious comments / ratings that are inappropriate.
- It is not responsible for any wrong marking in the availability of the goods that came from a system failure.
- All content of the innerworld.gr online store contains intellectual property rights including images, graphics, photos, designs, services and products provided. In any attempt to intercept them, the courts of Athens are competent, in accordance with the provisions of Greek and European law. The names, images, logos and insignia that represent the innerworld.gr online store or the CHARALAMPIDIS physical store are exclusive trademarks of our company and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition. In any case, their appearance and display should not be taken as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
PAYMENT METHODS
- PAY ON DELIVERY. It charges the customer with an additional fee of 2.50 euros.
- DEBIT / CREDIT CARD without charge.
- BANK ACCOUNT DEPOSIT without charge. The consumer can deposit the final amount of his charge to the following bank account of the National Bank: GR8501101500000015020117436 with account beneficiary CHARALAMPIDOU KYRIAKI, giving his order number.
- PAYMENT IN STORE Your order is held in the store for 7 working days.

COST – SHIPPING METHODS
All shipments are made by ACS courier. Shipping costs for purchases under 50 euros are 5.00 euros (VAT included). Purchases of 50+ euros are FREE. The delivery of the order takes place at your place the next working day in the central cities of Greece. Valid for orders completed by 14:00 of the previous day. For the rest of the regions the delivery time is 1-3 days. For hard-to-reach areas, the delivery time is 4 – 7 days. Delivery days are Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00. Deliveries on Saturday are made upon consultation with the ASC company with an additional charge.
WITHDRAWAL / RETURN POLICY
The consumer has at his disposal a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return the purchased product, for any reason and to request its replacement or a refund of the order and money*. The exchange or return of the products is accepted ONLY IF THE PRODUCTS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION, WITHIN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Return of products without replacement must be accompanied by PROOF OF PURCHASE. In any case, the consumer must inform the store via email about the reasons for returning the products. Our company reserves the right not to proceed with an exchange / withdrawal if the above conditions are not met.
- Shipping costs for the first exchange are free. Mandatory use of ACS courier.
- Shipping costs after the first exchange are 5.00 euros / per route and are customer’s responsibility Use of ACS courier. For further clarifications please contact us at 210 2794813.
- In the case of returning products without replacement and with a refund, the customer will receive the price of his order but not the shipping costs he has paid. It is ONLY valid in the case of shipping products and not for purchases made in the physical store.
In all cases the shipment must be declared with CUSTOMER’S CHARGE.
