What data do we collect and why?

The visitors of innerworld.gr provide their personal data only in case they want to order a product or create an account. We collect your data for the execution of your order, as well as for the creation of an account, if you wish. The data we collect is name, postal address, telephone number and electronic address (email). If you create an account, we also process the login code you used to register and your purchase history. This information has been provided to innerworld.gr voluntarily by the users, with the aim of direct and meaningful communication with the store, in order to serve their orders.

Transfer of data to third parties

In order to complete and properly process your order, we cooperate with third-party companies, such as web hosting companies, transport companies and banks to which we transmit the necessary information for the execution of the contracts. The transmission of data is done securely based on the principles of European and national legislation.

For the delivery of your order, we transfer the absolutely necessary data to the transport companies and postal service companies, as specified during the completion of your order. To pay for your order, we transfer the data you specify to the respective payment service provider, case of cash on delivery.

In case of payment by electronic deposit, it is done through the bank of your choice or through Web Banking, by giving your order number. If the payment is made by debit-credit card, it is also made in this case through the bank of your choice. In case of payment by credit card, this is carried out through the electronic payment platform e-Simplify to the cooperating bank, National Bank of Greece.

During payment, we do not record or store payment information, such as bank details and card numbers. This information is provided directly to the respective payment service provider. Further processing of your personal data is based on the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the respective payment service provider.

How long do we store data for?

Your data is temporarily stored to process your order. If you create an account on our website, this data remains stored for as long as your account is active.

Rights of subjects

At any time you have the right to check, edit, correct or even delete your personal data, as well as to exercise all legal rights arising from the law. In addition, at any time you can ask us to provide you with a copy of your data or ask us to stop processing it.
